Principal Software Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join our team, with expertise in software engineering, particularly modernisation, and experience in building well-crafted, reliable, and maintainable systems.

Requirements

• Active building of relationships with strategic stakeholders within the client
• Deep hands-on experience in software engineering, particularly modernisation
• Comfortable leading complex client engagements
• Good communication skills, adapting to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate with peers, and support those you mentor
• Ability to look beyond the code, identifying opportunities to add value, support account growth, and contribute to the broader success of our clients and Codurance
