Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to provide compassionate care to residents in our assisted living community. The successful candidate will assist with medication administration, activities of daily living, and promote independence and engagement among residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid state medication administration license (such as CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP/Certified Caregiver)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience administering medications in a professional caregiving setting
- Excellent attention to detail and high integrity
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect
