Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director in providing enrichment activities for residents. The role involves designing, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating group and individual activities to promote resident well-being in a supportive environment. This position requires a strong focus on resident engagement and ensuring their safety and dignity.
Requirements
- Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large group settings.
- Lead or assist with group and one-on-one social, religious, educational, indoor, and outdoor activities.
- Review goals and progress notes.
- Support the coordination of external trips.
