Job Description
Process Engineer responsible for ensuring statistical process control, yield and scrap cost tracking, implementing yield improvements, and performing failure mode analysis. Requires a bachelor's degree from Optical, electrical, automation or related subjects, and 5+ years experience in working on optical components or modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor or above from Optical, electrical, automation or related subjects
- 5+ years experience in working on optical components or modules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Solid skills in product failure analysis and data analysis
- Understand mechanical drawing and basic design for jigs/fixtures
