Production Manager

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our production operations in Calamba, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of production operations experience with managerial responsibility and a strong background in semiconductor or electronics field.

Requirements

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Supervise production line activities
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, line leaders, and operators
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S initiatives
• Ensure all production activities comply with safety and environmental regulations
