Job Description
The Senior Product Engineer will work on products in one or more transceiver form factors used in data and telecommunication applications. The Product Engineer will interface closely with design engineers during product development to understand the design and help to produce alpha/beta customer samples from the pilot line.
Requirements
- BS (5 yrs experience) or MS (2+ yrs experience) in EE/Engr. Physics or equivalent field
- Hands on working knowledge of optoelectronic components and modules
- Familiarity with the development of test software and testing automation
- Ability to analyze yield data and identify root cause of failures
- Experience in developing and transferring products into high volume offshore manufacturing
- Experience with optical transceivers
