Exchange Operations Analyst

Join the leading Crypto Brand in the Philippines as an Exchange Operations Analyst. Work closely with Operations and Quant Team to configure and test the exchange application, monitor exchange prices, and maintain exchange liquidity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience in Crypto operations and process optimization
• More than 2 years of experience in exchange operations
• Preferably, more than 1 year of experience in spot or Conversion trading in financial services and/or user operations
• Good knowledge in operations, including BAU, back admin system management, basic trading knowledge, and market promotion
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience in risk management and automation tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
