Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g. Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
- Deep experience in building and managing crypto, payments or fintech products
- Familiarity with the Philippines and/or global crypto markets
- Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features, including asset portfolio management, and data visualization.
- In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills, and have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
- Demonstrated ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
