Chef d'Atelier H/F

The Atelier Manager will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimization of equipment dedicated to TP/VRD in the atelier of the agency in Chartres. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, management of relationships with works, and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance atelier (TP engines, agricultural machines...)
• Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics
• Managerial appetite and ability to accompany teams in a performance and optimization logic
• Real sense of service, priorities, and challenges
• Ability to federate teams around common and shared objectives
• Autonomous and able to report
