Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in insights roles
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Deep People Centricity and Strategic Insights Acumen
- Strong analytic skills
- Experience leading Division-level/ Multi-country Insights, H2/H3Innovation, or Foresights initiatives
- Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Management Skills
- Synthesis and Strategic Storytelling
