Senior Java Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a collaborative and curious Software Engineer to join our development team at NetApp Instaclustr. The team is responsible for building, maintaining and operating the platform that allows us to provision and reliably keep thousands of distributed application servers running worldwide.

What You Will Do

Work within a development team to build, maintain, and enhance our open-source application platform, take end-to-end ownership of the development lifecycle, and collaborate with other teams to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in software engineering or computer science
• 2 – 5+ years of commercial experience regularly delivering quality software
• Proficiency in Java, SQL and at least one other modern programming language
• Strong communication skills and a humble and collaborative nature
• A curious mindset with a keen interest in how your work will positively impact customers
• Eagerness to tackle new challenges and continuously grow your software engineering skills
