Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to provide exceptional analytical support to the Capital Markets team and their clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a passion for commercial real estate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
- 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Argus modelling experience
- Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis
- Must be detail-oriented; possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills; strong ability to think through range of possibilities and scenarios
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills and comfortable interacting with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Works well independently as well as part of a team
