Job Description
Join Colliers as a Senior Associate and contribute to the company's continued growth as an industry leader. As a licensed real estate professional, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial real estate sales experience
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of OR
- Strong knowledge of lease structures
- Deep understanding of market cycles
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills
