Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate sales experience
- Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California
- Demonstrated excellence in business development
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Deep market knowledge and a thorough understanding of transaction processes
- Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive approach to business development
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
- Well-organized with outstanding time management abilities
- Prior experience using CRM programs
