Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef for our popular neighbourhood brasserie. The successful Head Chef will work alongside the GM and Group Ops Director to plan and source menus, leading a brigade of 9 chefs and catering for 1200 covers per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Fresh food kitchen experience
- Love for classic dishes - recognisable, comfort food
