Barista

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages while providing outstanding customer service. The role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and supports smooth café or coffee bar operations.

Requirements

• Prior café, coffee, or food & beverage experience
• Barista certification or completion of formal coffee/espresso training
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
