*CORE Rotational Development Program - Engineering

CMC provides an excellent opportunity to learn the steel, construction reinforcement and ground stabilization industries and to grow in your career. The CORE Rotational Development Program - Engineering is a rotational program that allows participants to work in different functional areas of the company, including Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services. Participants will have the opportunity to learn processes and procedures, participate in developmental trainings and business projects, and complete a capstone project at the conclusion of the program.

Requirements

• Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
• Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
