Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- VP-level strategic leadership roles managing core FP&A and building new corporate capabilities
- Manufacturing FP&A experience
- Plant Infrastructure FP&A experience
- Proven success in capital-intensive, pre-revenue settings
- Track record of leading, developing, and scaling exceptional finance teams
