Job description
The Clinical Dietitian evaluates, implements, and improves patient nutritional care by managing physician-ordered therapeutic diets, providing nutrition education, and contributing to patient satisfaction initiatives.
Conducts comprehensive nutritional assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families on nutrition-related topics, and participates in healthcare team meetings.
Requires a strong understanding of clinical nutrition principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation systems.
