
Job description
The Manager, Supply Chain oversees the daily operations and performance of the facility's supply chain functions, including purchasing, inventory management, receiving, distribution, and logistics. This role ensures that supply chain processes support quality patient care, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Oversees day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department, monitors inventory levels, usage, and replenishment processes, ensures all supplies and equipment are managed in accordance with safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements, and coordinates biannual physical inventory and cycle count processes.
Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and in-depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
