Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Community Options, Inc. is a non-profit agency seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Nashville, TN to provide ABA therapy to individuals with disabilities. The BCBA will utilize positive behavior supports and trauma informed care to ensure each individual achieves their full potential.

Requirements

• Master's Level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports
• Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
• Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
• Complete all state and agency required trainings
• Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
