Job Description
Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Employment Specialist to work in our Allentown, PA location. The Employment Specialist is responsible for training individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the critical skills needed to gain and maintain successful employment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
