Job Description
Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair residential homes and facilities for individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work safely with hands and power tools
- Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities
- Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
