Job Description
Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician in Pflugerville, TX to repair residential homes, facilities, and vehicles for individuals with disabilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance tasks, repairs, and working with management to contract external contractors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Complete all state and agency required training
- Ability to work safely with hands and power tools
- Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
