Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to repair residential homes, facilities, and vehicles for individuals with disabilities. The role requires on-call, emergency response, and possible weekend hours, with a focus on safety and compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work safely with hands and power tools
- Experience with problem solving against multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
