Medical Coordinator

We are seeking a Medical Coordinator to plan, track, and monitor clients' medical needs, schedule appointments, and communicate with medical professionals.

Requirements

• Schedule all client medical appointments to state mandated licensing regulations
• Observe and monitor the client's status through paperwork and follow-up appointments
• Provide accurate, timely, and consistent documentation of client medical appointments in the appropriate records
• Attend all pertinent medical appointments
• Communicate with supervisors, co-workers and medical professionals' regarding clients' status
• Cooperate with audits, inspections, and investigations
