Crisis Navigator

Community Reach Center is seeking a Crisis Navigator to provide clinical and support services to consumers and/or their families through integrated behavioral healthcare services and resource navigation. The Crisis Navigator will assist individuals in crisis and provide and/or arrange for therapeutic interventions as appropriate. The role requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a directly related field, and 6 months of experience working with adults who have mental illness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a directly related field
• 6 months of experience working with adults who have mental illness
• Communication, organization, time management, and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently in a community-based setting
• Valid Colorado Driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
