Job Description
The Clinician serves as a member of the Community Strategies of MA (CSMA) Clinical Department, working collaboratively with the CSMA Operations teams, to support adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, varying mental health diagnoses, and behavioral challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- LCSW, BCBA/LABA, LMHC preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or behavioral challenges preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and/or challenging behaviors preferred.
- Understanding of Positive Behavior Supports preferred.
