Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Aide to join our Residential Treatment Teams, providing assistance to residents in various settings and training and support based on individual service plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience working with emotionally impaired or developmentally disabled individuals
- Valid Ohio driver's license and insurability through the Agency's insurance carrier
- Ability to solve practical problems and develop positive relationships with individuals with mental illness
- Commitment to confidentiality and working in a team environment
