HS diploma, 1 year of exp, valid OH driver's license, problem-solving skills, and commitment to confidentiality
Licensed Case Manager - Behavioral Health
Licensed LSW or LPC licensure, prior experience in case management, and valid Ohio driver's license required
Residential Aide - Rehabilitative Behavioral Health - Part Time (32 Hours)
High School Diploma, 1 year experience, valid Ohio driver's license, problem-solving skills, confidentiality commitment, and flexible schedule
Associate Medical Director
MD or DO degree, 4+ years of experience, licensed to practice medicine in Ohio
Case Manager - Behavioral Health
Associate’s Degree in a human service field, prior experience in case management, car and valid Ohio driver’s license
Crew Leader
High School Diploma, 4 years experience in custodial services, experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
ACT Case Manager - Behavioral Health
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of three years of experience working with clients with severe and/or persistent mental illness and/or substance abuse preferred
DAP Outreach Worker - Part Time
Bachelor's degree in Human Service field, prior experience with persons with severe mental illness, valid driver's license, flexible work schedule
Residential Supervisor - Frese Step-Down Center in Northfield
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years experience working with mentally ill individuals, valid Ohio driver's license
