Job Description
The Residential Aide will provide assistance to residents in various residential settings and provide training and support according to individual service plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One year of experience working with the emotionally impaired or developmentally disabled preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license and insurability through the Agency's insurance carrier required
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA rules
- Ability to work a flexible, varied schedule
