Job Description
Join Community Support Services as a Receptionist and work in a mission-driven environment with a supportive team. You'll serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This is a full-time position working normal business hours.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Three years clerical support experience
- Basic switchboard/receptionist experience
- Scheduling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Commitment to confidentiality, following rules of HIPAA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
