Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager to join one of our regional treatment teams to provide clinical services to clients, offering practical help, building community support, and monitoring services.
Requirements
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure
- Prior experience in case management working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Ohio driver's license and insurability through the Agency's insurance carrier
- Ability to develop positive relationships with individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse challenges
