Culinary/kitchen management experience preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, computers, and knowledge of food and catering trends. CSOS certification is desirable

Supervising staff, managing concessions, and maintaining inventory is needed

USF enrollment and limited to 20 hours/week

Lifting up to 25lbs, long standing ability to walk/stand for extended periods and knowledge of menu offerings

Maintains dishes, ensures safety procedures, and maintains temperatures and chemical levels

1 year or less of experience, basic math skills, friendly and service-oriented

Food handling and sanitation knowledge, customer service skills, teamwork and communication skills

Supervising experience required. 2+ years of pastry cooking experience. Food safety certifications preferred

High school diploma or equivalent, 1-5 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

RDN credential req. 1 year of hospital experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office & diet systems needed. Nutrient analysis programming skills are vital
