We are committed to great food and outstanding service. The Catering Director oversees the full spectrum of catering operations, from event planning to post-event cleanup, and is responsible for team leadership, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Operations & Logistics: Direct all internal and external catering and event execution, including sales, planning, delivery, setup, service, clean up and follow up with clients.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships through full-service event planning, customized menus, and detailed coordination
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and schedule a team of managers and supervisors; focus on service techniques, menu presentation, and standards
- Financial Management: Track and control labor and food costs; maintain accounts receivable and generate revenue reports in coordination with controller.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the chef to create menus aligned with sustainability goals, creativity and current food trends with superior presentation
- Sales & Growth: Develop marketing and sales plans to attract new business; manage open houses and seasonal tastings
