CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST (FULL TIME)

We are hiring a full-time Client Services Specialist to support our Client Managers with program projects, client initiatives, and escalated service calls. The role involves auditing vending, micromarkets, and office coffee in field operations, managing the auditing program, and communicating client expectations to operations and customer service.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of equivalent advanced customer service experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Timeliness and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
