Culinary Supervisor

The Culinary Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of culinary professionals and assisting the Chefs in executing food preparation for seasonal menus across various locations, including Concessions, Suites, Catering, Clubs, and the Main Kitchen.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or lead cook capacity preferred.
• Must possess strong menu knowledge, Advanced knife skills and the ability to operate and train others on commercial kitchen equipment.
• Proficient in scaling recipes and possess advanced cooking skills.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
