DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the successful operation of Dining Services, ensuring client and customer satisfaction with efficient cost-effective management. The position oversees all foodservice-related activities, including care, quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and client-related activities.

Requirements

• Manages salaried manager and Union hourly associates in the Food Service Department
• Interviews, hires, and trains associates; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines associates; addresses complaints and resolves problems
• Prepares and manages annual budget
• Utilize company systems for completion of required daily/weekly/monthly reports
