Director of Dining Services

The Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day dining operations for a 150-bed nursing and inpatient rehab facility. The role manages and leads a team of associates, manages client relations, and ensures the quality of food served to customers.

Requirements

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
