HOURLY SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Requirements

• Previous 2 years of supervisory experience are required
• Provide training and create work schedules
• Evaluate performance of workers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards
• Prepare production or sales reports for management
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
• Mentor employees and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement
