We are hiring a Suites Expediter for Northwest Stadium. The role involves supervising food, beverage, and meal services, ensuring high quality food and beverages are served within established time frames, and enforcing safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Ensure high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
• Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
• Monitor staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
• Communicate to staff regularly, both formally and informally.
• Enforce safety standards with employees.
• Ensure sanitation standards are enforced daily and sign-off on cleaning procedures.
