Trauma Group Therapist

Compass Health Center is seeking a Group Therapist to join their Trauma Program in the Chicago office. They are a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, using evidence-based approaches and a collaborative team environment. The role involves facilitating trauma-focused psychoeducation and skills groups and providing individual support to patients.

Requirements

• Hold the following licenses or education: LSW (or LSW eligible), LPC (or LPC eligible), LCSW, or LCPC
• Have experience working with adults in group and individual therapy settings
• Have background and/or training in evidence-based trauma-focused interventions, including CPT and PE (*training may be provided*)
• Possess knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT and group dynamics
• Have previous experience working with patients in crisis as well as those who have experience trauma
