Job Description
Compass Health Center, a leading provider of PHP/IOP services in North America, is seeking a Group Therapist to join their Trauma Program. This role focuses on intensive treatment of survivors of trauma in a state-of-the-art facility in Oak Brook, Illinois, with opportunities for training in Chicago/Northbrook. The Therapist will facilitate groups, provide individual support, and develop therapeutic interventions.
Requirements
- LSW (or LSW eligible)
- LPC (or LPC eligible)
- LCSW, LCSN, or LCPC
- Experience working with adults in group and individual therapy settings
- Background or training in evidence-based trauma-focused interventions (CPT, PE, ACT, CBT, DBT)
- Knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT and group dynamics
