Complete Farmer is a pioneering digital farming platform that empowers farmers and connects them to global markets. We are seeking a Senior Agronomist to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our agronomy programs across all operating regions.
Requirements
- 8+ years' professional experience in agronomy, crop science, or related agricultural disciplines
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related field (PhD a plus)
- Proven, hands-on technical expertise in agronomy
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making
- Excellent communication skills to influence growers, technical teams, and external stakeholders
