GTM Project Manager

Comply is seeking a GTM Project Manager to lead the planning and coordination of complex, cross-functional product launches and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project or program management experience, with significant exposure to product launches or go-to-market execution in SaaS, fintech, or other complex industries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification
• Proven track record managing cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility and measurable outcomes
• Ability to understand how multiple parts of the business interconnect and influence successful launches
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and bring clarity to competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and coordinating sensitive client communications
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
