Job Description
Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Technician-Level II Intermediate to join their team as a Penetrant Testing Specialist. This role involves training and performing non-destructive testing procedures, including inspection of turbine engine components using various methods like FPI and FMPI, under the guidance of experienced technicians. The position offers continuous learning and a collaborative environment focused on enhancing the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and technological advancements within the aerospace industry.
Requirements
- Complete on-the-job training program and NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) certification.
- Perform NDT inspections according to manufacturer’s procedures.
- Set up and standardize equipment and record results accurately.
- Interpret and evaluate parts for acceptance/rejection based on shop drawings.
