Supervisor - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) (2nd Shift, Mon-Fri)

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) is seeking a Supervisory position for NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) to lead a team responsible for Non-Destructive Testing operations (Fluorescent Penetrant Testing, Fluorescent Penetrant Processing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Eddy-Current Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Wet Etch and X-Ray). The role involves supervising team members, ensuring safe work practices, and monitoring work quality to meet company standards and manufacturing timelines. CRT specializes in repair and overhaul of turbine engine components and has grown into a global leader. CRT operates in Mentor, OH.

Requirements

• 1. Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or similar type responsibility.
• Technical competencies in NDT procedures and inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of computers and standard software programs.
• Pass skill level tests in other trades or disciplines.
• High school graduate, technical school completion or military experience.
• Prior experience/ability to perform mathematical operations and shop math.
• Previous experience/familiarity with measuring gages (calipers and micrometers).
