• Experience in leading digitalization projects, preferably in the hospital field
• Analytical, independent, and structured as well as solution-oriented way of working
• Financial understanding and controlling skills, cost control and quality assurance
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with our customers
• Travel readiness and very good communication skills in German
