IT Solution Architect Workplace w/m/d

We are looking for an IT Solution Architect to join our Service-Architekten-Team. As an IT Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing IT solutions for modern workplaces.

Requirements

• extensive experience with Workplace Backend/Remote Services
• expertise in Office 365, Windows 10/11, Enterprise Mobility Management, Client-Virtualization, Client-Management, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory/Azure AD
• experience in designing Servicedesk-Lösungen and familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL and PMI/Prince2
• self-motivated individual who follows processes and convinces in presentations and contract negotiations
• comfortable with working independently and experience in customer-facing roles
