Learning Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Learning Specialist or Instructional Designer to join our client education team within Computershare's Entity Solutions business (CES). As part of our highly collaborative team, you'll design and facilitate innovative, user-centric learning experiences that empower our clients to navigate our CES applications and achieve their goals.

Requirements

• University degree; or a minimum of six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience designing, developing and delivering learning solutions as a learning specialist, instructional designer, learning experience designer or similar role.
• Experience facilitating training sessions virtually using Microsoft Teams, WebEx or similar applications.
• Experience developing eLearning with Articulate Rise and Storyline. Ability to produce assessments, software simulations, and complex interactions.
• Experience developing software screencast videos with Camtasia or similar applications.
• Experience transforming complex processes into easy-to-follow how-to content.
• Experience using SnagIt or similar software to produce screenshots.
• Strong client facing communication skills, with the ability to understand needs, clarify expectations, and provide a positive client experience.
• Excellent productivity and project management skills.
